Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies, such as a mop or vacuum?
We bring all standard cleaning supplies at no additional cost if you select “Use Cleaner Supplies” in Question 3 of the booking form. If you prefer a specific product, please provide it for our use.
Note: We do not carry step stools, toilet bowl brushes, or industrial-grade mops. For hygiene reasons, we use Swiffer mops and disinfecting wipes for floors and surfaces.
You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur an $80 fee. Same-day cancellations are subject to a 50% charge of the total booking cost.
If the cleaner arrives and the service has not been canceled, the full cleaning fee will be charged. If entry is denied (e.g., no authorization provided to a front desk), the full amount will still apply.
All cancellations or rescheduling must be made through the ValleyClean dashboard. Requests submitted via email to Lazy Susans will not be accepted.
Yes. You may request to keep the same cleaner or ask for someone new. Please note your preference in the comments section when booking.
While we do our best to accommodate requests, they are subject to availability. For recurring cleanings, we aim to assign the same cleaner each time whenever possible.

Standard cleaning includes all selected bedrooms, one bathroom, the kitchen, and living room. Our cleaners will:
Dust and wipe all reachable surfaces
Clean the exterior of appliances
Sanitize bathrooms and kitchen surfaces
Vacuum carpets and rugs
Sweep and mop all floors
Make beds and empty trash bins
Light dusting of horizontal surfaces such as counters and tables is also included.

Yes. For partial or customized cleaning, please select the Hourly Service (Custom Clean) option. This allows you to book time based on your specific needs.
In Question 9 of the booking form, use the Special Instructions field to list the exact areas you would like cleaned.
